‘Storage Wars’ Darrell Sheets last fan interaction surfaces after sudden death

Storage Wars alum Darrell Sheets was reportedly spotted with his fans hours before his death.

A recent report by TMZ revealed that Darrell, who died at the age of 67 in an apparent suicide, clicked snaps with his fan at his antique shop, Havasu Show Me Your Junk, located in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, at around 5 p.m. local time on Tuesday, April 21.

As per the picture obtained by the outlet, the late actor beamed a smile and posed with a thumbs up for the pictures.

Moreover, the fans, who posed with Darrell, described their encounter as cheerful and friendly.

Darrell’s death news was first broken on April 22. The US Weekly revealed that the Lake Havasu City Police Department confirmed his death after they received a call about a “reported deceased individual” earlier that day and later “pronounced [him] deceased on scene.”

”The male subject has been identified as Darrell Sheets, a 67-year-old resident of Lake Havasu City and Darrell’s family has been notified,” a police spokesperson told the publisher. “This incident remains under active investigation, and additional information will be released as it becomes available.”

Darrel is survived by son Brandon, who is also his Storage Wars costar, and daughter Tiffany Shane Sheets and granddaughter Zoie.

For those unversed, Darrell is famous for his reality series Storage Wars, in which he debuted as The Gambler. In the series that ran from 2010 to 2026, he was known for finding valuable items, including a $300,000 Frank Gutierrez art collection and Picasso drawings.
